🚢 7th Container of Hope Headed to Ukraine!
🌍 Where Is It Going?
Once it leaves the PWH warehouse in Portland, Maine, the 40-foot container will be trucked to the Port in either New Jersey or New York. From there, it’ll make its way across the ocean to Ukraine — arriving just in time before the December holiday slowdown. Upon arrival, UAid Direct volunteers will take over, ensuring safe distribution of supplies to:
- Odesa Region
- Our trusted partners in Ivano-Frankivsk
- The Blood Center in Kherson
- Zaporizhzhia
🩺 What’s Inside the Container?
This shipment is full of items that truly change lives. Alongside essentials like exam gloves, sutures, and hospital linens, this specific container includes high-impact medical equipment that is always in short supply on the frontlines:
- Mobility aids: wheelchairs, walkers, rollators, canes
- Hospital beds and exam tables
- Patient monitors and GYN exam supplies
- A physical therapy table for rehabilitation work
…and so much more.
💛 Powered by Volunteers
This effort is made possible by the incredible volunteers at both Partners for World Health and UAid Direct, who donate their time to organize, pack, and load the container — and later, to drive, sort, and hand-deliver the items across Ukraine. Every dollar you give goes directly to support this critical mission.
🎯 Help Us Reach $15,000 by September!
